Ms. Edna Mutalama
Managing Partner

Ms Edna Mutalama is the Managing Partner of the Law Firm. She is a holder of a Bachelors of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Zambia, and a Master of Laws in International Business Law (LLM) from the University of Cumbria, Lancaster, England. She also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Legislative Drafting.

Ms Mutalama has several years of experience, expertise and standing at the Zambian Bar. She has worked both in Private Practice and as Inhouse Counsel for various institutions both Commercial and Public. Over the years, she has acquired in depth knowledge and understanding of various sectors including the energy sector having dealt with complex investment projects. She also has full understanding of the different energy markets across the region having interacted with various regulators in the industry.

Ms Mutalama also has experience in the practice of Law inter alia Civil and Criminal Litigation, Corporate Restructuring and Investment Advisory, Corporate Governance, Project Development, Project Finance, Joint Ventures, Conveyancing, Employment and Labour Disputes, Mining, Real Estate, Trusts Estates and Wealth Protection, Banking and Commercial Dispute Resolution.

Progress Kalinda
Associate

Progress holds a Bachelors of Law degree with a Merit from the University of Lusaka. She’s passionate about the law and driven by excellence. She has strong skills in legal research, drafting and trial advocacy. She’s particularly engrained in attention to detail, clear communication and a genuine passion for understanding client needs therefore bringing precision and support that meets every client’s unique needs.

With hands on experience in court appearances, legal drafting, negotiations and settlements, Progress offers a balance of technical competence and people centered professionalism. Her areas of expertise include civil law, commercial law and dispute resolution.

Banji Sikazindu
Legal Assistant

Banji holds a Bachelors of Law degree from Cavendish University. She’s passionate about service, impact and transformation through the law. She has strong legal research skills, interpersonal skills and drafting skills.

With hands on experience in legal research, document review, drafting contracts, MoU's and leases. Banji offers a balance of technical competence and people centered professionalism.

Ephraim Mwitumwa
Legal Intern

Ephraim Mwitumwa has studied law at the University of Zambia and is set to graduate in 2026. He has a keen interest in various fields of law, including commercial law, company law, contract law, international law, international trade law, and international investment law.

Ephraim possesses excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and meticulous attention to detail. He is proficient in legal drafting and has developed strong advocacy skills, positioning him to make a meaningful impact in the legal field.
